1. General Information

This website is operated by Adversity Makers, based in Patras, Greece. By placing an order through our e‑shop, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products & Manufacturing

All miniature figures are produced with high attention to quality. Product descriptions, dimensions, and colours may vary slightly due to the manufacturing process or screen display settings.

Each figure is produced in limited quantities, either by 3D printing or resin casting, as specified on each product page.

As items are individually produced, slight variations and minor imperfections may occur—this is inherent to handmade and small batch collectible production.

Product listings clearly state if an item is 3D printed, casted resin, or a combination, including materials and finishing details.

 

3. Ordering Process

Orders can be placed through our website at any time.

Orders are processed in the order received. Priority is given to presale or backorder fulfilment in line with production capacity.

Upon completing your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email summarizing your purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock errors, technical issues, or incorrect pricing.

Prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT 24% unless stated otherwise.

 

4. Presale & Small Batch Policy

Presale items are products available before official release.

Presale items secure a production slot in a limited run. Full payment or a deposit (if offered) is required to secure your presale order.

Estimated shipping dates are provided but may change due to artisanal production cycles or supply chain factors.

If a small run sells out during presale, additional orders will be automatically placed in a waiting list for the next batch. Customers may request a cancellation and refund from the waiting list at any time before production begins.

If we cannot fulfil a presale order, we will notify you and refund any payments made.

Presale and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled after production starts, unless otherwise noted.

 

5. Payment

Payment is required before production or shipping begins. For presale, payment may be processed before the official release date.

Available payment methods include: credit/debit card, Revolut, Klarna, bank transfer.

All transactions are processed securely. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

 

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 4 business days after payment confirmation.

All shipments are carefully packaged, but buyers are responsible for providing correct shipping information.

Shipping times may vary based on production/batch completion, especially for presale or small-run items.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs clearance, or external events beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

 

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted for unused, unopened, non-customized figures up to 14 days from delivery, in line with EU regulations, except for custom, made-to-order, or presale items that have entered production.

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Due to the small batch and handmade nature, slight cosmetic variations or common artifacts of 3D printing/casting (such as minor support marks, seams, or hand clean-up) are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns/refunds.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned item.

 

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipping by contacting us at info@adversitymakers.com.

Presale cancellations are accepted only before production starts unless otherwise specified on the product page.

If production has begun, only partial refunds (excluding production costs) may apply.

 

9. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged figure, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will repair, replace, or refund based on the situation.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and designs on this website belong to Adversity Makers. Reproduction or redistribution without permission is prohibited.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union.

Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Patras, Greece.

 

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
